Blood Orange Rooibos is our most popular herbal blend. It has many levels of flavor ranging from the citrus orange with a light vanilla undertone, to the malty rich rooibos base. Blood oranges usually have pitted skin and are smaller than an average orange. The juice is sweet with a somewhat bitter aftertaste and less acidic than that of regular table oranges.
Ingredients: Rooibos, orange peel, hibiscus, rose-hips, apple pieces, safflowers, rose petals, with orange, vanilla, and lemon flavor.

Preparation:
Hot:
1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of fresh pure water at 212°F for 5-6 minutes.
Iced:
For 1 gallon, bring half a gallon of filtered water to boil in a pot. Turn off heat, and add 3 tablespoons (1 oz of tea), let steep for 4-5 minutes. Strain the tea into the other half gallon of cool water and refrigerate. If you want to serve immediately, you can pour the concentrate over ice.
