Elderberry has been know to be the most effective for preventing and treating upper respiratory infections, constipation, and fever.
Ingredients: Organic red raspberry leaf, elder berries, elder flower/leaf, and hibiscus. Wild crafted blackberry leaf.
Origin: Datil, New Mexico
Suggested Use: 2-3 cups daily as symptoms occur or as recommended by your physician.
