Preparation:
1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of fresh pure water at 212°F for 5 minutes.
Health Notes: Chamomile should not be used during pregnancy. Chamomile is a member of the daisy family of plants which includes ragweed. Those with allergies to ragweed should avoid drinking chamomile tea.
