This nurturing herbal tea blends whole chamomile blossoms with lavender, jasmine and soothing herbs. This sweet, tranquil tea is perfect for countering PMS, easing stress, relieving headaches or enhancing a peaceful night's sleep.

Chamomile is 100% caffeine free and is the most popular herb in the world. Chamomile tea has an almost magical ability to ease stress and anxiety, create a sense of calm, alleviate insomnia, and counter allergies. We use whole Chamomile flowers in this blend so the tea stays fresh for much longer.

Ingredients: Organic chamomile, lavender and spearmint
Net Wt: 3.7 oz
Origin: Octavia Tea
Preparation:
1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of fresh pure water at 212°F for 5 minutes.

Health Notes: Chamomile should not be used during pregnancy. Chamomile is a member of the daisy family of plants which includes ragweed. Those with allergies to ragweed should avoid drinking chamomile tea.
