Masala Chai
Ingredients:
Preparation:
Simmer ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and pepper corns for 20 min. Add black tea and simmer an additional 4 min. Add milk and sugar and simmer for an additional 2 min. Strain and serve.
• Makes 4 to 6 servings
Luner Chai (Caffeine Free)
Ingredients:

2 tbsp. Rooibos

2 tsp. Ginger Root

1/2 tsp. fennel seeds

1/2 tsp. allspice

2 cinnamon sticks

8 cloves |

Preparation:
Bring water to a boil and add all ingredients other then milk. Simmer everything for 10 to 15 min. Add milk and simmer for an additional 2 min. Strain and serve.
