Tummy Tisane has been known to aid in the relief of upset stomach and stimulates digestion.
Ingredients: Peppermint leaf, ginger root, licorice root, fennel seed, cinnamon bark, chamomile flower, and hibiscus flower. (all organic)
Origin: Datil, New Mexico
Suggested Use: Drink one cup of tummy tea when symptoms of minor upset stomach occur. May be taken after meals, if needed, to stimulate digestion.
Preparation:
212°F, 1 teaspoon per 8 ounce, 10-15 min
