Nilgiri black tea perfectly compliments the candy-like spice character of the cardamom. We blend this tea in house to be extra spicy with cardamom flavor (By gently grinding and breaking open the pods).
Once a cardamom pod is broken open it starts to loose flavor, because of this we only blend this tea in small batches ensuring optimal freshness when it arrives to you!
Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 4 minutes.
