I love ginger and this tea goes a long way to satisfying my craving. Because it's hot here year round, I tend to make iced tea most often. The longer brewing time (10 minutes) makes for a nice ginger bite and the cinnamon gives it character.

The Ginger Cinnamon was the most wonderful addition to my iced tea. I only have to add about an ounce with my other White or Puerh teas to make nearly a gallon of the most flavorful tea that lasts me several days. I am certain it will be very good in hot tea as well but my favorite use is in my iced tea.
