Add some milk and sugar to this rooibos and the amaretto comes alive. It's like drinking a cookie.
WARNING: this tea has nut oil, specifically Almond and Hazelnut, as a part of the natural flavorings.
Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.
1) Brew rainbow rooibos as normal, and chill.
2) Pour brewed rooibos and orange juice directly into highball glass filled with ice cubes.
3) add a splash of Amaretto liqueur and stir.
